Ich könnte mir auch einen "gebremsten" Ansehensverlust vorstellen.

Das Bauhaus sollte erst ab einer bestimmten Anzahl Bautrupps notwendig sein, ich meine ein halbes Dorf wid die Büros wohl eher im Rathaus unterbringen.
Außerdem könnte so ein Bauhaus auch extra Unterhalt kosten, wers sich leisten kann sollts dann auch kriegen.

Hello,

Im Dutch, can read Deutsch but I'll not be able to translate my whole story in it. Anyway, Ill keep it short. Great Patrician 4 is coming. One thing I have always been missing, and I know many with me is the boarding, the entering of a ship to capture it.

On the old Patricians this was done automatically. On the Total War serie for example too. But if you make this manually I think it will be one fantastic feature of this game.

For example: Many people play the old game Corsairs (from before 2000) because of this feature. Screenshots: http://www.microids.com/jeu/en/40/screen…_corsairs-3.jpg

It doesn't have to be that expanded. Just have a ship and some crew men to control. Archers, people with sword etc. Just make a huge battlefield (2 ships + ropes they can throw to the other ship so they can enter it), etc.

I think a lot of people will like it! This is what I miss in most 'ship' related games.

Mh, ich glaube es steht hier noch nirgendwo, daher schreib ich's hier mal rein:

Da die Webseite von Kalypso www.patrizier4.de heisst, bleiben wir hier weiter bei Patrizier3 oder was hat die Forumsgemeinde geplant?

Nicht als Haarspalterei gemeint - finde halt eindeutige Bezeichnungen gut und gegen den Rechteinhaber kommen wir nicht an.

Daniel hatte schon recht früh Patrizier 4 als "Arbeitstitel" hier eingeführt. Schon allein weil P3 schon belegt ist (P2 Gold in USA). Hat sich also als Titel durchgesetzt...bin mal gespannt was es für einen "Untertitel" gibt!

Das ist sowieso so eine Sache mit der Titelgebung. M.E. ist P4 als Titel nicht gerade sehr innovativ und state of the art (obwohl es da ja auch Gegenbeispiele gibt, siehe Colonization) aber hätte man nicht gleich einen neuen Titel nehmen können und die "IV" weglassen?

Daniel hatte ja schon häufiger betont, dass P4 auf die P-Reihe aufbauen wird. Insofern hätte es den potenziellen Käufer nur verwirrt, wenn P4 plötzlich als "Händler der Hanse" (o.s.ä.) auf den Markt kommt.

Da dieses Forum (leider) nicht das Hauptforum zu der P-Reihe ist, ist es auch verständlich, wenn solche Pressemeldungen hier nicht vorab genannt werden. Ansonsten würde dieses liebe nette Forum noch zur Pressestelle von Kalypso ausarten...

Ich denke, man kann sehr lange darüber philosophieren, ob dieses Forum nun das Hauptforum zur Patrizier Reihe ist oder nicht. Ich habe jedenfalls in den letzten Jahren nicht sehr viele andere Foren zu Patrizier 2 gesehen.

Ob ein Forum zur Pressestelle von Kalypso wird, wenn bestimmte (wichtige) Informationen vorab an die Forumleitung gegeben werden, bezweifel ich. Es bleibt doch immerhin allen Foristen überlassen, wie sie mit den Informationen umgehen. Und die Foristen dieses Forums waren mir bisher nicht als besonders unkritisch aufgefallen.

Ein wenig dünn dein Argument!
Es ist doch nicht so, dass ein Käufer verwirrt ist wenn auf der Verpackung plötzlich nicht mehr die "IV" mit drauf ist...man könnte das Argument ja auch umdrehen und sagen: Patrizier IV...ach schon wieder so ein Abklatsch mehr! Also würde etwas frisches und neues aus reinen Marketinggesichtspunkten nicht unbedingt Nachteile bringen. Zwar ist der Name einer Marke immer das A u O, aber es wird ja weiterhin Patrizier heißen, die "IV" ist wohl nicht entscheidend, insbesondere für Käufer!
